- Run the internal AI systems staff use, from first working version through deploy
- Keep those systems reachable so people do not need a ticket to get an answer
- Work with product and field on tools that have to work outside engineering
- Build tools for questions that keep coming back
- Handle publishing and access for internal tools. SSO, storage, deploy.
- Support those systems after they ship. Agents wait for a person before they act.
